The Romero’s White Dove Release was perfect once again.
I’ve used them 3 times already and each time it was perfect for our beloved mother’s funeral and twice for a memorial celebration of life.
The young girl (she gave me her name but I forgot it, sorry) was very patient , very professional, she gave condolences to the family, , spoke a little bit about the doves. It was very nice and it went smoothly .
I really want to emphasize on her very, very, nice personality, she was amazing!

The experience was beautiful! It was nice that he explained the meaning of releasing the doves to everyone beforehand. We did 40 doves so 40 people were able to release one at the graveside for my mom. They offer music to play but my son played the guitar and harmonic during the release. It was a very special way to lay my mom to rest. At the reception afterwards, so many people commented how nice the experience was.

At first, I was scared that they would cancel. Because the weather was not helping. That didn't happen. He Answer my text right away I asked a lot of questions and always answered with a positive attitude and great customer service. We started with 10 doves when I first made my appointment and in time I kept adding more and more in total we had 35 doves. This was such a precious experience. Manuel handled our dove release and he was very professional and courteous. Everything was perfect! The doves were placed in our hands and we released them all at once. He provided music; two songs of our choosing were played before and after the release. Then, at the end, he played some of his choosing that were just perfect.

Setting up the release was very easy and affordable. I had called other places that were more expensive. They were quick to respond when I called them and remained in contact with me until the day of the release.

We hired his services for my mom’s burial service in Glendora, CA. If you want to reserve their service, he sends a text asking 6 questions. 1. Date and time of burial service 2. Location address 3. Name of the person of funeral service 4. Contact person/ who will pay for service 5. Two song titles that you wish to be played during dove release 6. How many doves needed (believe 10 doves minimum) He texted the night before to confirm service time. The Rep was there early and she did a wonderful job explaining the symbolism of the dove release. She was nice and friendly. Explained that she would go after the deacon finished his service. It made a memorable experience and I’m glad we included the dove release during my mom’s service.

SIMPLY STUNNING - the sight of those beautiful white Doves flying in sync with one another was not only breathtaking but therapeutic - it helps with the grieving process. Steven was professional, patient and compassionate! Everyone LOVED the White Dove Release service! This was one amazing experience we did as we celebrated my mothers life, it was a very simple ceremony but including the dove release it just made the celebration come to life and really feel what I was aiming for. I uses Romero’s White Doves for my husband’s services. Mr Manuel Romero was very compassionate and he made it easy during my tragic loss. They were on time and very flexible and invited family members to participate in the release of the doves. We had ten and after I went up to get a dove to release the rest of my family and friends followed. It was beautiful! I highly recommend this company! Second time I called Manuel Romero to provide a service for my daughter’s ceremony of life. This time service was provided by Manuel’s nephew Steven. He came on time, was exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable. Our guests asked him many questions about doves, and he was able to answer all of them. He gave us doves one by one, and led the service, while playing 2 songs of our choosing. I highly recommend Romero’s Doves to anyone who’s looking for professional service.

Service provided by Manuel Romero was exceptional and very professional. He arrived on time, had all the beautiful doves with him, even though it was very hot. He played 2 songs as promised and helped us make our cerebration if life for our daughter unforgettable. He even took pictures of our celebration at the tome of the doves release. Great service! They don’t gauge you when you’re in mourning, like other Dove release service’s . For a whole $100’s less I got more service than other Dove service providers. For $150 I got 10 Doves and they played 2 songs of my choosing, the rep said some beautiful and comforting words for my Grandmas service. The delivery was on time and I didn’t have to give them directions. I’m sure she went to the front office and got location all on her own and just showed up. Other providers charge a delivery fee on top of the service fee, but not Romero’s. Thank you for your service and for not taking advantage of people who are in pain after loosing a loved one.

I’ve never experienced a lost like this, my mother. This Dove release was our first .It was truly memorable. As we host her celebration of life with her ashes the day after her memorial mass. My family and I needed this to hold and lift my moms spirit to the heavens above. One dove lingered a few moments after the release as I knew in my heart that was my moms spirit looking at us one more time.

Romero was quick to respond to my initial inquiry. Booking and confirming was so easy. He also ask if you would like two complimentary songs played while doing the dove release. Which I recommend.

As a Catholic myself, white doves hold a great significance and I’m so happy Romero spoke of what it means so all of my family and friends can learn and understand the meaning behind a dove release. His words were sweet and meaningful and he played an additional song for us that he likes and it literally made me cry so much more but in a good way.

Thank for providing such an experience for my family and I. We can move forward with loving her being an angel now and begin to heal.

Highly recommend and will recommend Romero’s services to all I know or lose a loved one.

We hired Manuel for a dove release ceremony for a funeral. It was pretty much last minute and Manuel was very accommodating and easy to work with. He answered questions quickly and very communicative. I had no problem in reaching out to him as he was very helpful and professional. Manuel was there on time with all of the proper equipment. He gave a nice speech prior to the dove release which informed all of our guests and gave us insight as well as offering his condolences. Manuel and his team are true professionals. Steven made our memorial very special. He shared the beautiful meaning of what the doves symbolize and how to hold the birds properly before we released them. They communicated with me the entire way and even adjusted my song requests the day before as a courtesy. The lady that did the White Dove release was at the cemetery before we arrived. She was 1 hour early from the time we agreed. She was also very patient. We had a service before the Dove release and she waited, patiently for her turn. She did a nice speech about the significance of the Dove release on burials. She was very professional. She was very sensitive and acted according to the event. It is very affordable. We paid $150 for 15 white doves and 2 songs they paid before releasing the Doves. She was ready and new what to do. They are very accessible, and give you what you need not what they want. You can trust them. They have good customer service and communication. I recommend them, and would more than happy to use their service if I need it in the future.

Hiring Romero’s White Doves Release Service was one of the best decisions I made for my brother’s funeral service. At the end of the mass as the guests were exiting you can hear the soft music played. Explaining the meaning of releasing the doves and having family and friends form a circle to released the doves with my brother’s ashes in the middle being held by my mom it was beautiful and sentimental. Romero’s White Doves Release carry so many qualities, and acquiring their services is like 123.

Romero's white does came through for my Mothers farewell.. unfortunately the first day didn't go as planned and at the last minute, we were able to reach out and have Doves a second day... We called them the day before the funeral and they made it happen. I loved that they played two songs (you can select the songs) it was the perfect ending to our service.

The pricing is reasonable and they are professional. The service ran behind by an hour and he never rushed us. He treated us just as kind and was very understanding.

Exceptional service. They were very informative when I called to get pricing. I sent them all the information by phone and they showed up. No contract, no money upfront. The gentleman was very professional. He explained the meaning of the dove release in Spanish and in English. He gave us instructions in both languages as well. After calling many companies, Romero’s was the only one who would give full service and was cheaper then all the other ones. They responded to every text within an hour. They allowed all family members to hold the doves. The doves were clean and beautiful. They were on time, brought a speaker to play to songs while releasing! Based from our recent funeral experience, this company proves to be reliable & true to its words. Negotiations were made by phone & text messages which follows the current no-contact restrictions due to the pandemic. They kindly accommodated all our requests particularly the background music we picked, and upon confirmation, they arrived promptly at the appointed time & date. The services they offer is pretty valuable & the price was reasonable. Service was professional yet personal enough for the occasion - which was very appreciated. I recently got in touch with Manuel for his “dove release”. Let me tell you how easy and professional it was. I was referred to him by a person working at the cemetery. It was a difficult time for our family and we wanted to make sure my niece had the best service before she was put to rest. When I got in touch with him he told me the rates and also said they could do two songs. Once the day came I was greeted by one of the staffs and she was very professional and friendly she asked who was going to release the doves and play two songs for us. I love this! I think whatever occasion you’re using it you will not be disappointed. I would recommend and hopefully use it in the future for more happy times.
