You need to provide to us the name of the decedent, the date, time and location of the
funeral.

In order to make a reservation you must fill out and sign our .pdf Video Service Agreement and E-mail it back to us at whitedovevideo@gmail.com

Yes, contact us and we will email you a version that you can sign electronically.

Yes, there is a safety deposit that is due when signing the agreement.

The deposit can be paid via credit/debit card or Zelle. The remaining balance will be paid once the final video is ready to be delivered and can be paid with the same payment methods.

Prior to signing our agreement you must request permission from the Next of Kin and immediate family for us to film the funeral.

The duration of each video will vary depending on the actual length of the funeral and the amount of significant events that actually take place at the funeral.

We will try to film as much of the funeral as possible, however if the cemetery prohibits us to film any part of the funeral, we must obey their rules at all times.

We will arrive at the location of service with 45 min to an hour of anticipation to set up our equipment.

No, the dove release and funeral video services are separate. The dove release will make each video more memorable but it is not required.
